My honda accord 2001 is having brake light issues. 3 of the 4 "lower" brake lights will not work and the dash board light is on. The trunk lid lights are working fine. When I put the bulbs from...

Some bulbs are dual function and others are single function. You may be installing the wrong type bulbs in the sockets. Look in the sockets and see if there are two contacts at the base, or a single contact. You can look at the base of the bulbs and see if they have two solder connectors or a single on. Sounds like you need to recheck all your brake sockets to be sure.

88 jeep cherokee. Auto Window won't go up,Single mom needs help!

Mine has the same problem. I tapped lightly on the motor, which is inside the door panel directly below the arm rest-door handle. It went up ok. I was told by a friend this morning you can take the electric motor out, open it and clean the brushes inside and it would work like new. I am in the process of doing that now.

Brake and turn single drivers side don't work

Those trucks have a problem with the circuit board that the bulbs plug into. Unplug all the bulbs and see if one is burnt or melted. The fix is usually replacing the board.

No tail lights.

Not posotive with your exact make and model, but their should be a switch directly above where the brake pedal rests normally. It will be a small switch. When you hit the brakes, the switch pops out, and then when it retracts, the pedal itself pushes the button down thus turning the lights off. It shouldn't be but $10 to $15 at the parts store, and installation shouldn't be more than a few screws, and the a small wiring harness clip.
