to add one, you mount it
add a relay,
then switch,
and a fuse.
adds..... the circuit is simple.
or instated of the switch connect the new relay coil to the
compressor clutch solenoid.

I have a 95 isuzu holden rodeo. My a/c compressor is not getting power to it? I have changed the fuses and relays.Compressor works and blows cold air if i hard wire it? What could be my problem?

there are several switches that control the compressor
one is a low pressure switch that will stop the compressor if there is a gas leak
the next is a high pressure switch that will stop the compressor if the condenser fan stops or there is a blockage in the line after the compressor which results in too higher a pressure that will destroy the compressor
next there is a relay controlled by the thermostat that controls the compressor to cycle it when cabin temperature is reached
I suggest that you have an accredited ac specialist shop diagnose the problem as it can get costly

Condenser fan not engaging when A/C turned on. All fuses and relays look fine. Tested fan with eternal power and it runs.

Possibly low on refrigerant. When system is low on freon, it does not build up enough high side pressure to engage the condenser fan . When pressure is high enough. a high side pressure switch kicks on the cond. fan to maintain high side pressure. Have the system evacuated and recharged to proper level. A system dye can be added to check for any possible leaks.

Underhood fuse block swap out relay #7 thats the ECM relay.
Ground Circuits Using a DVOM, touch negative voltmeter lead to a good ground. Touch positive voltmeter lead to each ground terminal. With vehicle running, voltmeter should indicate less than one volt. If reading is greater than one volt, check for open, corrosion and loose connection on ground lead. See ECM GROUND LOCATION table for ECM ground location.

Check # 34 Fuse (15A.)30e913c.png Check the #8 Fuse ,Under Dash Fuses368e73a.png If Fuses are Good, Check For Voltage in the Condenser fan relay,If theres no voltage then replace relay.3bc172a.png Check Voltage On White Wire,If there is voltage put a wire on the white wire and other end of wire on the blue/yel wire if fan runs the relay is bad replace relay. Those relays cost u around 40 bucks so find somwone that knows at the auto parts store to look up a toyota relay that is round but the terminals are the same.15 bucks better than 40. Good Luck

The radiator cooling fan quit working

I would change the fan relay. If you know how you can run jumper wires from the battery to your fan the positive and negatives if fan works relay if not fan is shot.If you can't do that change the fan relay its most likely the problem.

Air Conditioning

I assume when you say the ac fan you mean the condenser fan? Take the plug loose from the fan and check it for voltage. If theres no voltage when the air is on,check the relays and fuses. If there is voltage then replace the fan motor.
