When i put new valves and i remove the thermostat in a honda city i.dsi the car is idling abnormal when i stariy


U need the valve in the Honda city idsi model....or else it wud give u problems....so have it fixed first with a honda genuine spare and check for other issues

Usually it's because your rocker cover gasket is leaky and needs to be replaced. It's a simple operation for a car-buff, but might require a mechanic to do if you haven't done much on cars before.

You should be able to see it dribbling down from the rocker cover down into the sparkplug wells. (or it will just be oily)

Use a genuine rubber seal, not an aftermarket cork seal... otherwise you'll be answering your own question in another years time. =-]
