Hi. Get your owner manual and find fuse box or fuse boxes installed in your car. If you look at legend , one or more fuses will be responsible for your instrument panel in your dash. Replace if they blown. If problem persists and fuses get blown you have a short somewhere. There is a lot of ways to check it out but for now let's check fuses.
