Have a 2009 Dodge Journey right hand drive for Australia. Am looking for heater fuse. Then manual has the fuse box behind the glove box but not there

Looks like all fuses located in engine bay but none are blown and still can't locate the air con or heater fuse? The aircon works no problem just no heater?

There is no fuse for the heater it gets its heat from the engine coolant and since the AC works it could be a blockage in the pipes to the heater core or the core itself
may also be the blend door actuator not opening to allow the hotair to the cabin

I don't have a right-hand drive car nor a Dodge, however, the "cabin" fuse box is in a weird place. Look under the steering wheel, to the left and to the right where all the wires are; there may be a small panel that can be removed, or it may be open, but my fuse box is to the left of and below the steering wheel. There's a panel with about 25 fuses for cabin lights, powerpoints, heat, a/c, seat, mirrors, etc.

Hope you find yours!

The 'blend door actuator' is broken or stuck. Access is from the side of the centre console under the glove box.

2009 dodge Cummings turbo diesel 6.7 blower motor just stopped working

Try banging on bottom of blower motor with your hand with switch in high position and key in the on position. If no bower motor action happens, check that fuse/relay is operational. If ok, suspect failure in heater motor or heater motor resistor

How to replace fresh air actuator in a 2009 chevy malibu? It is on the right hand side behind the glove box but I can't get my hand in there.

Most repairs to the heater/Ac system require the dash assembly to be removed for access. Not a job for someone unless they are experienced due t air bags and electronics

How to replace heater core on 2009 dodge journey

Heater cores can be very challenging and time consuming to access. I suggest you don't even start until you have a good shop manual for that model, a 1/4 inch drive ratchet with short and long extensions and 1 or 2 u joints and lots of patience working in tight areas

Where is thelocation of fuse box

Hi Lorrainesd

there are 4 fuse boxes on this car, 2 in the trunk/boot as you look at the car from the rear the fuse box in behind a panel on the right hand side, the other fues box is in the glove box open glove box look up and you should see some largish screws turn them anti clockwise and the fuse box will drop down, the other one is under the hood/bonnet, this will depend on if its a left or right hand drive, it will be in a box either on the left or the right side of the car under hood/bonnet
hope that helps

It will be in the fuse box under the hood. Check manual for location or look at the underside of the fusebox lid. They are imprinted there.

I would like to perform my own oil change on my 2009 Dodge Journey (Right hand drive). As I'm a total novice, can you explain to me where I need to drain the existing oil from

there will be a bolt on the bottom of the engine on the oil pan. jack the car up and look underneath. its the bolt that looks like its just there not holding anything. you really cant miss it. You need to change the filter too. not sure where it is on your car, you'll just have to look for it.
