I have a 2001 Mazda Mellinia, the a.c. fuse is blown, what kind of fuse will I need and where is it found in the fuse box

If you do not know where it is or what it looks like than how do you know it is blown?

It is not difficult to visually look at a fuse to see whether or not it is blown. a visual inspection can be done with a flashlight and without removing any fuses from the fuse block. A blown fuse will typically have a black spot and an open in the wire between the two posts.

A test light can also be used to quickly identify blown fuses. if one side has power and the other side does not the fuse is no good.

Your owners manual will also help you identify fuses. In the back you will find the index. Look under fuses and it will give you the page numbers. If you do not have an owners manual one can typically be downloaded on the manufacturers website. Just look for an "owners" link usually near the top of the page.

I have a 2008 ford fusion and it failed inspection because they could not get any readings for the emission test. It is not communicating at all what can I do to fix this problem?

Check your fuses and replace any that are blown. Usually the cigarette lighter fuse also powers the DLC (data link connector) with this fuse blown the scan tools can not communicate with the OBD2 system.

Mazda miata computer not comminicating to obdII

You likely just have a blown fuse at the diagnostic connector, check to see that you have 12 volts at pin 16 on the connector. See diagram of pin below.

I have a 91 mazda 626. directionals and4 ways dont work properly

check all of your wires with wire tester. maybe they are being shorted out somewhere. Check your fuses to make sure none are blown/bad. Check the light bulbs to make sure they aren;t blown.

HAVE A 2001 CHEVY CAVALIER AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I TOOK IT IN TO AUTOZONE AND THE SENSOR WAS NOT READING. THEY SAID IT MUST HAVE BLOWN A FUSE TO THE SENSOR AND NEED TO CHECK MY FUSES. NONE OF...

Take it to another car parts store.
Since you are reading the computer it should be an auto reset fuse if any.
Plug the unit in then turn the ignition to the on position.
Unit should come on.
Press read
Read the codes, write them down.
Clear the codes.
Go home put the codes in google and you will see the results.

I am having an issue with my data link on my 1997 dodge grand caravan se. The data link is not pulling codes. It is not reading at all.

Sounds like a fuse is blown. This is common on all models. If you have a test light, test the holes in the DLC connector to see if there is power. If not then there is a fuses that has blown. Start with that first. Let me know how it goes.

Mazda mx3 wont start

VSS or vehicle speed sensor aka cam sensor or crank position sensor. Test the battery and alternator. You should also check for blown fuses, bad wires and grounds on a car as old as yours. If you find it's getting spark and fuel after further testing, check the timing belt. It could have slipped or broke even if it was changed recently so either pull off the cover or at least do a compression test.
