Question about 1999 Infiniti.5 QX4
Service engine light came on; had it checked out and knock sensor is the problem. said it would be about 6hrs of labor because the sensor is located in the "valley" of the engine...way out of reach. the part takes a minute to replace, but the labor to get to it shoots the entire cost up to around $700...apparently, it's not an essential part to replace as long as driver keeps eye on the gauges. any thoughts?
