I have a vibration in back of rav4 when im driving ?

This could be caused by warn out tyers, look for any obvious lumps on the tyers, the best way to check this is to jack up the car on a flat surface (use blocks for additional safety) chock the front wheels. Put in neutral and spin the wheel noting the outside diameter, even a small lump can cause shuddering at low speeds.
other things to check while you have it up on blocks is the (wheel bearings) sideways play of the wheel, there shouldn't be any excessive lateral movement of the wheel, check this by trying to move the wheel in and out of the wheel arch.
additionally check your wheel nuts are correctly tightened holding the rim tight to the hub.
other things can course vibrations like the driveshaft being bent, faulty shocks, even somthing stuck in the wheel arch.
hope some of this helps

i would have the car jacked up and check out the wheel bearings and the steering lock it may be that the wheels are moving round to far and or hitting the body work becouse the steering lock stops are wrongly ajusted in witch case if you turn the car wheel to full lock and try to pull away you would scuff the tyers off the wheel rims or the very least push the tyers off the rims and they will go flat prity fast
