If you have the registration, and ID the dealer can provide the code and a key, depending on the cost. You can look to your local locksmith to know whether they can program key.

1998 Honda Accord EX V6 2 Door - Radio Error Code on Display

No-one is ever particularly happy to here this, but this is the way it is; we do have to keep in mind that the original idea of codes on radios was to prevent people who steal them from being able to use them.

So, if an audio unit with theft protection is disconnected from electrical power, you must enter a unique code number into the unit or it will not work. This code and the audio unit’s serial number are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. If this card is lost, you must obtain the audio unit serial number in order to get the radio code (some people say that they have found the code on a sticker inside the glove compartment, but I wouldn’t count on that). Some newer vehicles allow you to retrieve the audio unit serial number electronically from the radio. Refer to your owner’s manual for the specific procedure (the following usually will work: Turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release. The serial number will come up in two sets of numbers.)
Some older vehicles (model year 2003 and older) require a visit to the dealer in order to retrieve the audio unit serial number (or you can remove the unit and get the serial number from the back of the radio). Once you have the audio unit serial number, you can call Auto Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 or have the dealer look up the radio code.

Here is the URL for the Honda Owner page. If you register (no charge) you are able to get radio codes using the VIN number of your car, the serial number of your radio, and the
Phone Number and Zip Code that you give them when you register.

Hope this helps you with the process.

I need a replacement key for 1997 Nissan Sentra

Two ways...Nissan puts the key code on a piece of white tape and sticks it on the inside of the glove box door. However, someone could have pulled it off at some point. Check there first. Secondly, the original owners paperwork should have the key code on it. If you are not the original owner, or do not have access to that person, but know the dealer where the car was originally sold, they would have the paperwork on file, they probably do not have a way to cross reference the serial #, so you would likely have to know the original owners name in order for them to look up the archived deal and get the number from the paperwork. The only other suggestion I might have is to get a locksmith to cut you a key. Good luck! I hope you find this to be very helpful! Check the glovebox!

2005 6.0 F350 died out and wont start

Did you check the fuel cut off switch. On that it should be under the passenger side glove box mounted to the side where the door is. You have to reach up and it should be a red button.

Can i find my original key less door entry code using my VIN numb

No you can not retrieve the keyless entry code with the vin number. However you may be able to retrieve the actual key code and have a blank cut. The only problem is your vehicle is a 98 model and that is the cut off on how far back ford goes so yours may or may not be avaliable. You can have your local dealer retrieve this but they would have to have a picture ID and proof of ownership.
The only other option is to have someone use a jocklock to get it open, it is pretty easy to do on this vehicle.

Lost key to 1983 Mercedes 500sl

I would suspect the dealer would beat up the pocketbook a bit more. Without knowing the key code you only have the dealer and a solid locksmith as options.

Driver side unlock code

Unfortunately, it looks like you can't actually change it. You can program your own code, but my '97 manual says that if you program your own code, the vehicle will accept both the original AND the one you programmed.

Here are the instructions anyway:

1) Enter the original code.
2) Within 5 seconds press the 1/2 button.
3) Within 5 seconds press the 5 digits you want to program.

To erase your programmed number:

1) Enter the original code.
2) Press the 1/2 button within 5 seconds.
3) Wait 6 seconds.

Lost original key

Go to a different dealer. You can buy any amount of keys, you want. For example 1. Who is to tell you how many keys you have to buy??( I would be pissed if I were you) I would get 1 key and get it programmed. That will save you some money for now. Get more keys later. You will have to reprogram them again, but what you gonna do?? Those keys are about $80 and to program it should not be more than 1/2 hr. ($45?) Those keys are easy to program, not like the I-Keys, that Nissan has now. And as far as the company in California?? never heard of it, but I do know that there are places that make keys with a transponder that will fit your Maxima. They are about 1/2 the cost of a Nissan key + the programing. Good luck.
