SOURCE: transmission filter in a Kia Amanti

you have to take the trransmission man off (drain the fluid first) and the rest you will be able to see how to do. i think there are 2 bolts that you have to remove to get the filter out

SOURCE: replace cabin air filter Kia Amanti 2005

You open the glove box, drop down the glove box door. There will be a slim panel behind the glove box that needs to be removed. Remove that panel and voila! That's where your cabin air filter is at. It's easy to do.

My 2005 kia amanti started sputtering can you help...

Have someone check the battery connections to see if there is a loose wire or a bad ground first. Could also be a fuel problem, either filter or pump. Good luck.

My 2005 Kia Amanti. While driving at highway speeds, the car suddenly shutters for a second or two as if the transmission is slipping or there is a problem with constant velocity joints if this has them....

If your automatic car is jerking while changing gears, you have a maintenance rather than an operation problem. Check the transmission fluid levels. If that doesn't help, something could wrong with your transmission itself.
First I suggest scanned the PCM and TCM to know if some fault code is stored there. Your mechanic could diagnose the specific problem, and, with this code number we could give you additional tips or details to fixed.

2005 Amanti Check engine light

check all fluids and check the trans with engine running.after you check tranny fluid turn off car and check the rest of the fluids.
then put a obd2 on the electrical connecter and verify the trouble code is from the tranny.
there may be a recall on some things with that.
also on the kia it still maybe under warranty.
these are all good ideas to start with on a car that new to save some fast money.
something is having a hard time at this point of warmup.it may be the transmission but it very well could and may wind up being from a power loss from the engine.
keep me posted
hope this helps
