No pick up power, no power uphill, has a little more power when the EDC lamp is ON.it is a MB c250 diesel; engine type OM605 The central locking vacuum pump not functional

SPECIFICALLY: I needed to know the answer to this same question, where the power steering fluid dipstick/reservoir is on my 2012 C250. Today, I stopped into the dealership to ask them, and it was as I suspected: it is mounted about level with the top of the engine, in between the engine and the antifreeze reservoir, which is above the passenger-side wheel well. It has a little dipstick in it that says "Full 50°C" and "Full 20°C". It is not labeled in any way, nor is power steering fluid even mentioned in any of the owners manuals, which defies logic.
Mine is low, and I can't seem to find online which type of fluid to put in it, so I'll probably be back at MB to just buy theirs.

If the pick-up filter is located at the front of the tank and the tank is almost empty the pump would starve for fuel.

Check these fuses again:
In the Power Distribution Center (in the engine compartment, left fender panel) Fuse #3 (20 Amp) Fuse #7 (40 Amp), Fuse #12 (20 Amp) and in the Junction Block (on the left end of the dash) Fuse #1 (15 Amp)
Use a test lamp and make sure that these fuses have power. All of these fuses should all have power at all times, regardless of ignition switch position. If they are all good and have power, then you probably need to replace your Central Timer Module. All of the circuits you listed are dependant on this module for operation.

The Central Timer Module is located at the left kick panel.

You might consider adding a low pressure electric pump to keep diesel flowing and pressure in the lines

Providing central locking works when you insert key in lock,try programming keys
Enter car make sure all doors/windows are shut
Switch ignition on and off,remove key
PRESS AND HOLD UNLOCK BUTTON ON KEY
Press lock button on key 3 times whithin 10 seconds and release unlock
Central locking will lock/unlock rapidly to confirm reset
If your key is the type with bmw logo in the middle battery replacement is not possible,as it charges as you drive

low pick up on uphill and low pick up with AC ON.

these both r general physics problem, due to the higher downforce on uphill the car will b having low pick up. n with AC 'ON' the AC will b using a part of fuel supply engine, hence with higher power on the AC, larger is the fuel sucked from the engine supply. hence the lesser is the fuel supply top the engine, thus low power output.

i requst u to please check your car performance with the car of same type, on the sane road, by yourself, then conclude that your car is not performing,

it happens with the age of the car too, with long run, ur car cluthes will b damaged, ur carborator, with low tire pressue, with low quality radiator oil, ur car engine may rise the temperature, thus reducing this power output.
