The headlight covers are opened and closed by motors. There may have been fuse failure, motor failure, or both.

Have a 2004 mitsubishi diamante, A.C cooling fan doesn't come on when running a.c.

I will assume it should, but I am not positive of that.
The most common reasons for failure, in order of most common first are: 1) Failure of the fan motor itself. An electrician could determine if the electricity is getting to the fan motor with a tester.
2) Failure of the engine sensor ( which screws into the engine block). An electrician could tell if the wire to it has electricity when it should. 3) A broken wire in the system.
God bless your efforts.

What is secondary air injection system failure

There is an electrically powered A.I.R. pump under the car in front of the left wheel that supplies air to the engine exhaust system for a few seconds when the car is first started. This additional air is necessary to ensure the emission controls initiate and work correctly on a cold engine. Failure usually occurs because of an electrical problem (blown fuse, faulty motor) but can also be caused by failure of the diverter valve in the hose connected to it, or a problem with the air inlet/exhaust hoses.

Ferrari 599 electrical system failure, engine controls system failure, and low transmission fluid. Car electric windows and side mirrors stopped working including drivers side central locking

Have you checked the relay's ? with so many electrical faults I would take a good look at the fuse box especially on a Ferrari as they have been known to set fire and destroy the car. Disconnect the battery and start to test the wiring from the fuse box back over. Has the car had any work done recently? has it ever been in a crash ?

please give me more info
