Soak around the hub and wheel studs with penetrating oil use a large hammer and a round punch work around the center of the rotor between the wheel studs until it pops free you can subtitute hammer and punch for an air chisel and round hammer head bit if available. don't hit the face of the rotor if your trying to save it.

Where is the camshaft sensor located on my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee

If you still have a cap rotor and ignition wires, it's inside the distributor. If not, it is the part where the distributor used to be (center rear of the engine behind the intake manifold)

Need a 99 jeep cherekee schematic for electrical problem

You might check the library at the desk ask for the Automotive repair section in the Reference section. The Auto Parts stores here carry Chilton's or Haynes repair manuals that usually have electrical wiring diagrams in the back.

I'm having trouble removing the brake rotor on a 1998 chevy 2500 4x4. It has the 8 lug pattern on the wheel studs. This thing is driving me nuts. I know some models have to have the rotors pressed off. I...

They probably froze on! I have had this happen on several vehicles. You'll have to spray something like WD-40 in between the rotor and whatever space is visible. Pound it loose evenly with a rubber mallet or with a piece of wood and hammer.

Below is the actual text for the rotor removal:

Removal & Installation
  1. Raise and support the front end on jack stands.
  2. Remove the wheel.
  3. Remove the caliper. Do not disconnect the brake hose from the caliper. Use a piece of wire to support the caliper, do not let it hang on the hose.
  4. Remove the rotor.
  5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

How to replace front wheel stud on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee 4x4 limited? Do you have to remove the caliper to pop broken stud out or is the rotor sufficient enough to get it out?

Yes - the caliper needs to come off..

Take the rotor off.. You proably just need to replace the rotor.. The lug bolts are not usually removable..
It a good dea to replace both rotors - to keep the breaks balanced..

Please dont forget to rate well ;o)

Trouble code for 1995 jeep cherekee

Code 55 is the "goodbye" code. If no codes were in front of it, there is nothing logged into the computer memory There are things that can cuase an no start condition that are outside of the computers ability to check.
Exactly what are you seeing when checking the problem? Include tests you have done, what happened before it stopped, and what you are not seeing as well(spark, fuel etc)
