Yes there are two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one inside. The location of the interior fuse panel is under the dash to the left of the steering column.

Don't worry about. Open the glove box and release it the fold down. Tabs on the side or top. The resistor is right there, replace it. don't buy a junk one, You'll be doing this every year.

Most American-made cars have a fuse box under the dash. Check under dash at driver's side firewall. May have a cover that you will need to open. Also see fuses under hood in area around the steering column.

I doubt the issue is a fuse. If the blower is blowing, then the issue is hot air. You ably need to have your ZC re-charged Freon but first you need it leak checked. Both these require special equipment. Go to a place that does only auto AC. They will know what they're doing.

you really need this book so if far from home, you are not helpless.
On most suzuki (cars) there are 2 main boxes, and some circuit breakers, for special options like electric windows.
on must cars , cab fuses are above left knee. or toes.
on most cars and suz. the main box sits atop the front right inside finder,(yes open hood ) this is box 1 and box one feeds box 2 in cab.

If the fuse and the bulbs are good, you probably need to change the brake switch. It is located right above your brake pedal. You may want to try to mess with the release button because sometimes they get stuck. If it is not, change the whole switch. It cost about 20 dollars.
