Resetting the ECM is done with a fault scan tool
removing a battery cable is not always successful as you have already done that by replacing the battery
possible that places like autozone could do it for you after they have read the fault codes to check for problems.

2004 town & country having problems when I go to get inspection the van will not communicate with scan tool has had computer replaced was the same before we replace any ideas?

Do you have a check engine lamp on (MIL) ??
the OBDII port is fused, if that ecm or ecu fuse blows they will not be able to communicate with the computer through the OBDII port,
check your owners manual if you can not find that fuse, it is there

Code 480 on chrysler town and country 3.3, why fuse blows? Even after a fan has been replaced, and relay been replaced.

Probably.
The code means the computer detects the fan is not running after the computer has grounded the relay to turn it on.
If the fuse is blowing and you have replaced the fan motor, I would look for a problem in the wiring. If the fuse is not blowing, I would check for power at the relay and at the fan motor with the relay jumpered. Also check the ground circuit for the fan.

Chrysler 04 town & country

I believe you are referring to a dash light? Your owners manual identifies all the dash lights. What does the light look like? You can download an owners manual from the manufacturers web site if you don't have it. countsdrycurt0
