Replaced the battery in our 2004 Town and Country and now it is bogging down and missing donthave owners manual. Is there something we need to do like maybe reset the computer and if so how?

resetting the ECM is done with a fault scan tool
removing a battery cable is not always successful as you have already done that by replacing the battery
possible that places like autozone could do it for you after they have read the fault codes to check for problems.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding how to diagnose no power to front blower motor in a 2006 Ford Freestar mini van.

You also have the front blower motor speed controller and the electronic automatic temperature control (EATC) module to check.

Why would an 2005 Town and country van with a 3.8 engine start and sound/run good for a couple of seconds and then starts missing real bad.

Crankshaft position sensor maybe , throttle position sensor , coolant temp. sensor etc.... It could be a lot of thing's . Instead of buying this part an that part ,take it an have it diagnosed . To a good ASE certified repair shop . Unless you like buying unneeded parts .

My battery died and now the van wont start.

I have no idea about the factory alarm resetting itself, but I DO have experience with having someone leave lights on and jumping the battery the wrong way. Unless you are 100% positive this is no the case, make sure it was not fried on the jump. If the cables were crossed, you might have some wires, therefore rendering your on-board computers to ****. =) Good Luck.

Also, contact a dealer via PHONE (so they can not trick you into being charged by looking at your van) in regards to factory alarm.
