This is good news, when the light is on there is something wrong, if it is off things are good. if you recently fueled up the gas cap may have been loose and now it is on properly.

What do i do now? I had the fuses checked well at least most of them and they were ok. if there is a mai fuse i couldn't find. the guy said that it could be a relay but not sure where they are

Usually relays are in the engine compartment a little square thing could be mixed in the fuse box you can tell them they are solid you can't see inside them like a fuse

Dear Fellow Forum Members / Gurus, I have been pestered with perpetual engine lightup and steering lightup for the past 2 weeks. I am driving a Suzuki Swift 2009. Everything seems well till a fortnight...

This is not related to rain, the APP or the acclerator pedal went to a fail safet APP1 or APP2 did not correlate, but this is only for TPS fault and since then you have recovered The steering is power related or charging related,do not interfere with the charging system ECU okay to cover it but the battery can handle the rain, something on the battery has conducted power go to the positvie terminal in the engine compartment and see if the 30amp or 40amp fuse is open it has to be tested

When i turn on the head light it doest light up

Check and confirm, that headlight bulbs are glowing. If the bulb itself is faulty, it will not light. If bulb checked out, ok, then other possibility can be headlight fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. There are two 15a fuses located in the fuse holder assembly on the driverside engine compartment.Check both this fuses. Also check the relays in the fuse compartment.-------- If any of the fuse or relay is blown, replace that and see.But if all fuses and relay checked ok, then its quite possible that problem is with head light switch itself. Its getting short.------------
This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Jus tuned my b16a2 with vafc. The idling is ok but when i drive for a while the rpm suddenly shoots up to 2500 rpm and also checklight appears thus changing the idle status after the drive. When i reset it...

I'd look for a vacuum leak, or a problem with the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS, harness disconnected? Broken/damaged wiring?) or Idle Air Control (IAC, cold be harness or dirty and sticking). Your ECM keeps detecting the problem so resetting it will not fix it-it has to be one of the above issues.

Engine cooling fan not running checked fuse ok

I would check the fan first disconnect the electrical connectors on it and use a pair of home made jumper cables and run it from the battery. If it works move unto relay if it doesn't you've found the culprit.
Next check relay in the fuse box. Coolant tempertant switch and its circuit aka thermal switch in the water jacket by the t-stat.
