In my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer my hazard lights work inside on dash and outside in vehicle but my turn signals does not work left or right from inside the dash or outside can you tell what is wrong

Click on the link.
See the lite blue wire that carries voltage from flasher to multifunction switch, with the turn signal on, that wire should be hot, use a test light to check for voltage. If wire is hot, I think the multifunction switch has a problem. If it isn't hot, I think the flasher has a problem or that wiring circuit.

No turn signals flashers or brake lights

There is switch at brake pedal under the dash. Might check to see if it is working or disconnected.

Left blinker is fast front blinker light working left rear blinker light not working.

When a turn signal bulb is blinking fast, it is an indicator that a bulb is bad in the system. Replace the left rear turn signal bulb, then see if the left front blinker has gone back to normal. This is most likely your problem. Let me know if it is still a problem and i will help you fix it. Good luck
