its not one fuse, sorry, not at all
and you failed to scan the PCM, why skip this? it tells you whats UP.
only 2 things cause that (electronics logic)
1: The hi/low pressure switch tripped,
2: or the AMP the AC logic module (has bad inputs)
is this is USA car, ? seems not. but is it?
as non usa cars are different.
ill now answer, as if it was....
our cars have 2 HVAC systems (chapter 24 in Serv. manual.)
manual or AZC, no photos of your controls, so will toss coin on AZC auto zone controls (see Display there with graphics and temp, mine shows, 74F like the books shows. and 4 knobs not 3.?
The AXC system has operator self diagnostic mode,
need that, its in the manual, see last link below,a free book.
fuse JB20 run this controller. but only on gas engines.
as does, JB F21 and PDC fuse 21. (you 2 fuse both 21)
JB is cab box, PDC is hood fuse box next to clutch RELAY.
resides, in the AZC and the PCM
the PCM runs the clutch relay directly
the diesel uses different wiring and fuses.
PDC Fuse 16 and F21 are diesel , fuse for the clutch.
i suspect you failed to check all fuses.
lets do the flow of logic, and you will see.
you have the A/C turn on via the AZC controls.
it sees its (guess) its too hot in the cab
the AZC then sends a MESSAGE down the network.
the PCM sees that and the BCM,
the PCM if the engine is not overheated and the hi/low switch is not tripped, (called by jeep pressure transducer A/C)
then the PCM energizes the clutch relay.
The BCM helps with directing traffic. (bcm prevent evap freeze up etc....)
so there are 3 things you can do.
1: this time check all fuses, not just the one, (RTM read the manual for our car in your country)
2: scan the PCM for A/C errors. (posted now over 1000 times)
3: run the AZC if opted day 1, self test, and the 50 errors possible there. chapter 24.
