Question about 2002 Ford E350
Be certain of the wear you are experiencing, if one side is getting wear or one side of one tire a worn or loose caster adjuster on the upper ball joint is very likley. Worn ball joints are also very common on these vans. No grease fitting on a ball joint is a sure failure in as little as 40 or 50,000 miles. Thats an 800 dollar grease fitting.

Springs settled common for ford you could either change yor spring or try spring rubbersto hold front end up higher or your ball joints could be bad
