Be certain of the wear you are experiencing, if one side is getting wear or one side of one tire a worn or loose caster adjuster on the upper ball joint is very likley. Worn ball joints are also very common on these vans. No grease fitting on a ball joint is a sure failure in as little as 40 or 50,000 miles. Thats an 800 dollar grease fitting.

I can not get the caster on the left side to adjust to specs. has new upper control arm and +/- 2 degree adjusterts and caster will not go below +5.5.

There has to be something bent. Lower control arm look oK? Any sign of fame damage? Spindle look ok? Caster is generally not a tire wear factor. However, the vehicle will pull to the side with most caster and least camber.

The toe is adjusted by the tie rod ends connected to the gear box.
Some adjustment is possible where the tie rod ends connect.

How do I adjust doors for 2002 ford explorer sport

You can loosen the bolts that hold the hinge to the door and to the body and make some adjustment. I would suspect that you'll need to replace the hinges, most likely part of the hinges may have bent. Also check for any damage to the door where the hinges attach.

Rear tire wear

Sounds like your alignment is out, take it and get it balanced, If not that then something has broken in the rear end causing your tire to wear wrong
