Why wont my vehicle start?

What's missing ? Fuel , spark . What condition is the battery in ? Fully charged 12.6 volts . When you turn the key to start does the starter spin the engine ? A crank no start or nothing happens when you turn the key to start . Videos on youtube ! Crank no start or no crank no start .

My 99 durango will start up but u have to give it gas to stay running same when pulling down in gear

Change the gas filter. If car sat for 2 years without being started, the gas could be stale Put fuel system cleaner in gas tank. The car may need a double dose.

2003 Dodge Durango (5.9L V8) won't stay running unless you keep your foot on the gas.

Check temp sensor and TPS, throttle positioning sensor. The power control module,"pcm.is a possible thought.Just check all connections. It is always a good idea to spray WD 40 or equivalent in the connections.

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango 5.9l all wheel drive, 120,000 miles I have replace the alt and battery within the last week check every wire comming and going, the car will start sometimes and most of the time...

Your alternator is not recharging the battery. You need to check the connections on the alternator. You should have 12V on the "FIELD" terminal on the alternator. If not, find out why. Check for a blown ALT fuse.

Also, check the voltage on the battery when the engine is running. It should be more than 12V if the charging system is working correctly.

My dodge durango will not stay running

Will not idle unless gas is applied?
Will stay idle after a bit of running?

First i'd recomend starting off with a new battery if yours is older, durangos have a quirk with voltages and sometimes wont play with 12v.
Also the TPS could be an issue.
