Check all the belt pulleys, it sounds like there is too much play (from normal wear, bearings worn) and that is causing the vibrating belt. It would be best to remove the belt 1st, then check for play at the pulleys.

I had the same problem, you can replace both the acc band and the band tensor, the vibration comes from a loose band.

Are you sure the head gasket is ok? There's alot of things unanswered here so I can only go so far. Yes I am a certified nissan tech, but without some more info, dunno. Timing belt ok? If that went, there's the problem, plus I believe it's an interference engine, meaning the valves are now bent & the head might be shot as well.

Steering wheel vibration and whine noise from rear of car

Yes, and it probably is your wheel bearing. Hearing a sound like a chain dragging is classic. You may also hear a clicking noise or chain dragging noise when turning to the left or right.

Look under the car and see if the rubber boots that surround the axle near the tires are cracked and leaking grease. If so, it is almost a certainty that the bearings are bad as you have lost grease and thus lubrication to the bearings.

Good luck,

VIbration in AC/HEATER fan

I've had mice in my Nissan PU and actually caught one in a trap set on the floorboard; so I know they can get inside. They also knocked some of the fiberglass insulation into the blower motor so it vibrated as it was no longer balanced. You could have a dead one in your blower. Mine was easily accessible from under the passenger side under the dash. Three screws and the motor dropped so I could clean out the fiberglass.
