If there is a stub of key left showing , get hold of a pair of fine nosed arterial forceps from (Hospital, Doctors Surgery, Surgical suppliers).

Thes babies can be clamped on really hard and as they are made of surgical steel they do not slip off.

After that it is take off the covers pop the barrel out and take it down to a machine shop to be drilled out at the back and a probe to be inserted to push the key out
.

Ford taurus ignition switch

Sounds like the ignition switch is broken. It is further down the steering column on the bottom side. The key switch pushes a piece of plastic to pull or push on the switch. Sometimes it is the this piece that brakes.

Easiest fix it it is the plastic actuator rod is to buy a used steering column and replace everything. You will have to get it re keyed to match you original set. Or if you already got your new key switch re keyed use that.

These pics are from a 1997 column but they are very similar to the 1995.

Key ignition switch needs replaced lock cylinder how do i change key broke off inside damaged needs replaced wires broke off behind key switch

disconnect the battery and pull the air bag fuse out to diable the air bag. Remove the steering coulmb trim covers and expose the lock cylinder. If the lock cylinder can be turned and is functional then push in the bottom tab and turn the lock cylinder then pull the whole cylinder out. If the keys broke inside and the lock cylinder is not functional the bottom tab will need to be drilled out.

With my key in the ignition, the key won't turn over, what's the problem ?

The antitheft device on the ignition switch is locked. Does the steering wheel rotate freely with the key in?
Sometimes you have to wiggle the steering wheel to free the key lock.
There is a remote possibilty that the ignition switch broke, and the only solution would be to take it apart and fix it or replace it, a job best performed at the dealer.

The key wont turn at the final point to crank the car, last year my tumble broke, i had it fixed but when it broke i couldnt move the key at all, its not doing thay this time, 2 days ago i went to the...

Not an exact solution, but perhaps information that might lead to one.

1.Replaced the tumblers? I believe I would replace the entire ignition switch this time. It's my belief that the body of the ignition switch is worn inside, and will keep damaging the tumblers.

2.Do you have a tilt steering wheel? It's best to keep the steering column in straight line when starting the car, then tilt the wheel to where you want, after the car is started. When the steering column is in a tilted position, it puts undue strain on the ignition key switch, and the mechanism the ignition key switch operates, on GM vehicles.

This mechanism, consists of a half moon gear on the ignition key switch, that turns inside a 'Planetary' gear. I used the term 'Planetary', as the gear shape is hard to describe. It resembles an oblong loop, shaped like the number 9, with gear teeth on the inside bottom of the loop. This 'Loop' rotates, when the gear teeth of the ignition key switch, engage the teeth on the loop, and pushes a rod, or retracts the rod. The rod goes down the side of your steering column, and turns on, or turns off an ignition switch, located at the bottom left side of the steering column.

Having the steering wheel tilted, puts a strain on the ignition key switch internals, the oblong loop can break, and/or gear teeth can be stripped off.

My ignition switch want turn over to start the car its locked

first wiggle steering wheel while trying to turn the key if that does not work, sorry to say, the inside of the barrel has collapsed, you will need a pro to fix this, mobile mech will be easiest option, sorry for the bad news, some good news though he will assign the new lock to your key so no new keys needed.
