Question about 1995 GMC Suburban
Probably a vacuum hose. Check all over under the hood. Have it running and listen for a hiss while wiggling hoses around. I ran into the same problem a while back, and it was a cracked hose in about the middle of the intake. Be sure and check the hose to your vacuum pot, too. They are quite often mounted to the under side of the hood, and should ahve a vacuum line running to it.
