car starts then shuts down after 2 seconds. i installled new pump, fuel filter, and checked for dry rotted lines. i got it to fire up,drove it around the block and parked, but then it died and wont start again. 350 5.7 in case u need to know that

have you placed a cap of fuel down the intake and see if it still will not fire? if you have did it fire? warning do not..... over due the fuel... don't want a back fire..
