Hi there, If all the relay are ok, then could be the relays are not working. Easy way to know if relay is defective is that you can't here any "tick" when you switch on hazzard or signal light. Find the corresponding relays on you relay/fuse box, then try to swap relay with the same model number just to check if it will work. You may need to buy new one if you find it defective, relays can not be repaired.

Hi, Can you please clarify if just the "in dash lights" are not working and your signal lights are working? If so, then you in dash indicator light were already busted. If you have a voltmeter, you can check the voltage coming out from the fuse, there should be a 12V reading there. If your indicator lamp, signal light, fuse, and relays are working, then your wires/lines must have been broken. You will be needing an ohmeter to check where are those broken lines.

My turn signals don't work but the hazzards flash

if your hazzards flash, that means your bulbs will be good but, your turn signal fuse is blown. you should check that first, & don't forget to turn off your hazzards before you can see if your turn signals work again. give it a try.

My 2003 chevy impala turn signals won't blink. the lights come on but won't blink. I have checked the fuse. it looked fine.

Your problem is your blinker or flasher, it is located under dash, behind the instrument panel right above the steering column. Cost is no more than $10.

My 2003 chevy impala turn signals and hazard lights stopped working and my fuses are ok?

You might need a relay or clicker. Your owners manual should give you a lot of info. They are usually in the fuse panel. Last time I saw they were large, round, and silver. Also check your bulbs but usually if a bulb goes, it will just flash very fast.

1995 ford e150 van

What flasher? Electronic Flasher in fuse box under dash? Check ground to wires that are connected to the turn signals and hazzards. Rewire a new ground and screw it to the body of the van and see if that works. If not check fuses 1 and 4 see if they are good. Use a test light and check both sides while plugged into fuse box. If that doesn't work pull and check fuses and clean them to be sure there is a good connection.

Check the flasher under the dash to the left of the steering column. It's got about 8 or 10 wires plugged into it.
