Probably Degas bottle leaking under pressure. Is the leak back under the Degas(expansion tank) area ?

Those code's could be bad o2 sensor's. but more then likely vacuum leak, I would check for vacuum leak first, a vacuum leak will give you those code's, and also run bad at idle.
On the intake, Near the top radiator hose inlet, Note this model has 2, 1 Runs the guage, The other tells the pcm what temp the motor is for strategy. DO NOT REMOVE THIS WITH VEHICAL WARM OR HOT. IT WILL SPEW COOLANT IF YOU TRY, Allow vehical to cool all the way, And this is a very easy repair :) Good luck, God bless
