Broken motor mount need to know where they are on 1999 ford taurus

The mounts are to either side of the motor on the bottom, they look like blocks with rubber in them.

What is the fuse diagram for a 1995 Ford Taurus? I do not have a owner's manual.

I recommend going to the Auto Parts store and paying $19-$25 for a detailed 1995 Ford Taurus Chilton's repair book. It will show fuse box schmatics and wiring diagrams a long with everythnig else you need to maintain your car.

I need to replace the existing starter in my 2003 Ford Taurus wagon. I know that I have to jack the car up in order to remove the old starter. What I don't know, is how many bolts need to be removed...

Because of the Variety of mounting methods there are 2 to 4 bolts that should be visible as you look at the starter itself. Not counting the wiring connections. If this a sideways mounted motor with the Starter mounted on the front of the motor there will be 2 bolts holding it in place. If the motor is mounted regularly with the transmission extending under the vehicle the starter in on the rear of the motor near the firewall and will have up to 4 bolts holding it in place but most likely no more than 3. I would recommend getting a Haynes repair manual on the vehicle for more detailed instruction on removal and installation. This manual or a Chilton's manual are both available at the major Auto Parts stores and are fairly inexpensive.

I need a step by step guide to changing my power sterring pump on my 1999 ford taurus 3.0 dohc v6

Rather than typing the directions from memory.
The best advice I can you is, stop by the library and
check out a chiltons/moter or mitchells repair manual. Any of these books will give you all the step by steps and diagrams, you will need to do the job.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

How do you change the motor mounts on a 1999 ford contour v6 (or 1999 mercury cougar) engine. The two bottom mounts on the front and back rails are broken.

I've seen people lift the motor slightly and stuff a chunk of a tire in there. Its actually better in some cases than OEM. You wont need to disconnect the motor from the trans. easiest way is to take the hood off and lift the motor just enough to get the old mounts out. There isnt anything real complex about a mount. Like I said... lots of people make their own. Probably more people pay the big bucks to have a pro do it and have genuin OEM part put in, and then pay with their credit card.

I need to install lower ball joints, how do you do this? Are there any diagrams?

Can't "safely" explain the whole process here...
Go to your public library (you have a card, right?).
The "Reference Section" has several car repair manuals (Motor's, Chilton's, etc.).
Find your book and photo copy the pages you need using the Library public copy machines (15 ~ 25 cents per page).
The books are full of pictures and numbered step-by-step instructions. They even give the part number for any special tools. You will need one special tool... a ball joint yoke chisel (another expert will actually know the real name of the tool - $8 AutoZone).
