Question about 2002 Mitsubishi Montero
The automatic transmission (A/T) control relay should be located on or near the transmission housing. If you are going to attempt a repair yourself, you should purchase a Haynes or Chilton manual for your particular vehicle. Vehicles are not generic. It is well worth the expense if you are going to perform some maintenance and repairs on your own and will help you out alot. Hope this helped and best wishes.
