Altinator is good connections are good still no power going to altnator

Yes this is what happens when you disconnect the battery while engine is running. The alternator keeps power going to all components as well as charging battery, this is alternating current or AC. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

diodes do not regulate charge
simply put diodes are one way valves for electricity and are used to rectify alternating current (AC) to direct current(DC)
you use a voltage regulator after a rectifier pack to control the voltage from an alternator of maintain a max voltage of 14.5 volts dc
take it to an accredited bike electrician

check ground on altnator and make sure pos lead is connected to back of altnator to battery make sure belt is tight on altinator

Run a cable from the battery positive to the fuse box. Don't mess with the wires in the clip they are for the regulator. once you get power to the fuse box, you have power there from the ignition.

IF YOUR BATTERY LIGHT AND THE BRAKE LIGHT ARE ON AT THE SAME TIME THAN CHANCES ARE THE ALTNATER IS FAILING. WHAT I WOULD DO TO TEST THIS AT HOME IS START THE CAR, REMOVE THE BATTERY CABLES IF THE CAR DIES THAN THE ALTNATER IS ON IT'S WAY OUT. IF THE CAR STAYS RUNNING TURN THE HEAD LIGHTS ON IF IT SLOWLY STARTS TO DIE SAME THING THE ALTNATER IS GOING. OR IF YOU ARE NOT SURE YOU CAN DO THAT YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL AUTO ZONE AND THEY CAN TEST THE STARTING AND CHARGING SYSTEM FOR FREE. TRY THAT AND GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPED.

the power wire that comes off the back side of the altnator could have a bad connection, I would take the nut off and make sure the connection is good, if it is i would follow the wire all the way over to the battery to make sure there are no brakes in the wire. if there are no brakes in the wire check the connection at the battery, chances are you find something going on with that wire.

Check your battery to vehicle earth connection is in good order.
The fusible link is normally located off/near the starter motor battery connection bolt. It looks like an electrical wire about 4-6 inches long, 1/8" dia. with non melting insulation - check it for electrical continuity.
Some vehicles also have a master power fuse - if fitted it should be checked also.
Check +12V power is available at the main fuse/relay box.

sounds like battery is dead or the altinator is not charging at full capacity start the car take the positive lead off if it stalls altinator is gone if it runs its all good if it runs but rough altinator is not putting out enough power
