Sounds like you need to tighten up the bulk head wire harness between the engine compartment and the fuse box. Your compliant is not clear. The other possibility is that you need a battery and or a alternatator replaced.and third the belt could be slipping not allowint the battery to charge .

Power windows not working on 2000 Dodge van., Fuses and relay ok. Power going to the switch and to the window motor.

It could be a lost ground for the windows. Ground wire will start at the master switch and go back into the cabin. Likely ( or possibly), the ground is behind the left kick panel. When you find it check for continuity of the wire from the switch to the ground source. If it is open (no continuity), look for a broken wire in the door opening. If the ground is good, it may be a bad master switch.

Have a 2001 L200 sedan everything will be working fine then the gas guagewater guage,a/c and interior lights quit working,i can take the positive cable off for a minute and hook it back up and everything...

In the engine compartment, to the rear of the engine, there is a little braided strap that goes from an engine bolt too the firewall. Since the body is best ground to the engine because of it's connection to the battery this little grd strap is important if the body mounting has a poor ground.Check for the securement of this strap. Now when you say A/C quits that would be the blower fans? The other possibility would be a primary power supply, which would only be the battery. If that connection is lost that everything goes haywire or quits working altogether.Do me a favor and let me know the findings, please. If need be we will go further on the issue. Good Luck, -Ned-.
