2002 kia sportage stalling problems. Starts sometimes. Stalls as soon as i put it in drive or reverse will run in park or neutral Loses power to dash if headlights are on it runs rough and then dies.

It might have a partially blocked fuel line or ait intake supply.

• Try to check your fuel filter.
• The seive on the fuel pump.
• The fuel injectors might be dirty.
• The air cleaner might be clogged

Sounds like you might have bad O2 sensors, leaking fuel injector O rings or a bad fuel pressure regulator. Check that the vacuum hose to the pressure regulator is connected and no cracks or holes in it. Any check engine light?
