So what's the problem ? your blower motor not working ? Not any speed ? There are two different circuit's , one for the slower speeds an one for high speed alone ! One fuse is in the end of the right Instrument panel fuse box , marked HVAC BLOWER fuse D 20 amp .The other fuse is in the under hood fuse box marked
If your coolant level is full the low coolant switch is probably faulty they are normaly just a float & the float might be stuck. & Coolant should be used all year round as it is not just anti freeze but is (Anti freeze, Anti boil, & acidity, alkalinity regulator.) It changes the freezing/boiling point (water freeze at o degrees centegrade & boil at 100 degrees but with glycol it changes this depending on what % glycol there is in the system. The acid/alkaline regulator is corosion inhibitor to prevent parts being eaten from the inside out (radiators, heater cores, welsh plugs etc..)
there is two things. one is low coolant the other and most likely is heater core is plugged flushing the coolant causes things to loosen up stuff and it gets stuck in the heater core if you take heater hoses off and back flush the heater core with a garden hose and you will have better heat then you ever had.
check coolant.if check out okay .start engine let it get operating temp. then feel top hose if hot thermostat working .problem is in the dash the heater door not getting vacuum to open .could be stuck. or heater control unit could be bad
