Check your heater coil under the dash on passanger side for leak at joint areas. it could be condensation from the AC condencer dripping down the line that goes into the firewall, if so seal that area with a good sylicone.

Hearing water noises behind dash in 2009 Chevy cobalt

your heater core is behind the dash on the passenger side. The antifreeze travels through it as its cycle through the engine. Thats what gives you hot air when you turn your heater on. If you find that there is water dripping or pooling in the floor board of the passenger side then your heater core needs to be replaced and its not an easy task.

Why won't the aircondition drain won't drain

If you are saying the ac is dumping water into the cabin floor, the drain tube is probably stopped up. The tube should be under the car near the passenger's feet. You would insert a coat hanger or other stiff object to clean out the tube.

My 2001 chevy camaro has a leak on the passenger side floor board. It seems to be more prominent in the back floor board than the front. What could be the problem?

If its getting soaked by water even when u re sure u didn't drive through any water. It might be ur AC water outlet hose. It needs to be redirected

The a/c condensation goes on the inside of the passenger side floor board and now the fan motor doesn't work. What do I do about this? Any idea about the cost?

drain in the firewall is probably plugged. the motor is probably a result of the water laying in there. blower motor new is about 40 dollars, then someone to install it.

The passenger side floorboard gets wet =

is it only when the ac is on? there is a pan under the ac unit that has a hole in it to allow the condensation to empty. if that hole gets plugged it could cause the condensation to build up and back into the inside of that car. i unplugged mine and floor stayed dry

Find the end of the condensate drain tube under the vehicle (passenger side) and clean/blow it out -- it's clogged.

2005 chevy cobalt a/c drain

the drain is on the firewall on the passenger side you can blow air from a compressor into it if that doesnt then you have to fix the leak in the cassing on the inside

Leak under car

if it's water, and not gas it's not your fuel pump. if it's water and not a sweet smelling green or red liquid it's not your cooling system. it's probally condensation from your ac, have you been using your ac alot? if so no worries. or a bad window or door seal and it's letting in water onto your floor. and yous aid under the door, so it's on the ground or on the floor of the vechile? if on the ground, more then likely it's just your weep drain from your ac system.
