It is not easy to do.However if you are mechanicialy inclined you can get the job done. You have to take your time and look at the door.there are screws hidden by plastic covers you have to remove them to gain access to the screws, once you take them out gently pull on the panel to feel the restance there are platic fasteners behind the panel, usually lifting stright up you can pull the door panel off then you can do your thing.

How do I to get glass up on passenger side?

Your easiest solution is probably going to be taking the door apart from the inside (just a few screws) and setting the window back on the track.

If the door fell off the track then either the track is broken or mis-aligned. Don't use glue or tape, find out what caused the door to fall off in the first place and correct it.

Your parts store should have a diagram of the door and can tell you where the screws and pins are, othewise you can just pull out all the visible screws (including the one on the door handle) and the other things holding the door on are plastic push fittings. To take these out you just have to find the fittings and pry at them with a wonderbar.

The parts store can also sell you a new track/motor/etc.

Passenger side window came off trac and is sitting in door

you have to remove the door panel..unbolt the tracking from inside the door..slide the windows back inside the track rails....push window all the way up..tape the window so that id does not fall back down or have someone hold window up while you rebolt the track to the door.replace door panel....the tracks move over time and that it why the window fell.

1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Passenger window fell (tipped forward

All its done its just come off its tracks so remove the door insert carefully place the window back on the track and tighten it up using basic tools and no the door insert/panel can come off even if the window is all the way up. Hope this helps.

Window wont roll up

Hi my name is Allen!

When the window falls down it is because the cable for the regulator and motor broke. The only fix is a new regulator/motor assembly from the dealership, or a good one from the junk yard if you can find one.

Driver side door window slowly fell down into the door of my 1997 dodge dakota. The glass did not break.

Power or crank? Either case the rails that hold the window on probably broke. there are slides inside the door that keep the window in place, if a slide broke, or if one of the brackets broke, the window will come down. I cant really recomend doing this yourself as ive had the same issue on other vehicles and pulling apart the door and messing with the slides and stuff in there is a real pain. Hopefully it only fell off the track and you can put it back in place. If not, if your not very handly i would suggest taking to someone.

Window Off Track

there should be a couple of screws behind some plugs in the door handle (the one you pull to close the door) also if it hasnt got power windows theres a metal clip at the base of the winder small flat screw driver to pop it off also remove plastic inside top off door trim near mirror also inside door lock then try lifting upwards
