SOURCE: My oil cap melted in the engine
No, this can present a serious problem if introduced to the main oil compartment. if its ingested into the gear rotations, this can disrupt timing and other vital workings.I suggest removal of all plastic parts that may have become lodged in this specific area.

float arm in the tank is either stuck or broken. its connected to the fuel pump assembly
SOURCE: Getting to the A/C Compressor
you more than likely find yourself doing it both ways. there are bolts and rings that you must get to from both spots, but if one way is better i would say underneath but then again you have to worry about the air dam and dirt falling in your eyes :) I believe you will still have to remove the alternator..theres like 3 or 4 bolts that holds the compressor to the braket..It truly is a pain in the arse though
SOURCE: hi,no more interior heat in 99 z28 camaro.I
Does your blower work? if it does, you could have a block in the line. or your water pump could be going bad, or your thermostat could be bad or misreading. Does your engine temp gauge bounce around.

SOURCE: horn not working on 1999 z28 camaro / what could
Remove the horn it's self and try grounding the mount and then put power to the post,if it won't blow try tapping on it.If that does'nt work the try adjusting the screw thats in the rear of the horn to see if you can make it work,if not get a new horn.If the horn blew when you bench tested it then you need to see if you have power to it with a multi meter or a test light,if yes, clean the grounds where it mount both on the car and on the horn mount. If no,then you need to check fo power from the horn button to the relay by useing the test light or multi-meter again and check the relay feed,[#85 or 86 in the relay socket] for power from the horn button. If you have power on either then replace the relay,if not then the horn button is not working and the stearing wheel needs to come off to find out what you need. This replier is assumeing that you have already checked the horn fuse, right?
