My whipers will not come on just stoped working where is the fuse for it an the relay 2001 deville dhs

It is in the under hood fuse box , HTD STRG 15 amp . Plus there is a relay HTD STRG relay , located in the under hood fuse box too .

try to replace the battery??

It really sounds like it is your cigarette lighter fuse, but could possible be a problem with the BCM. If you double check the cigarette lighter fuse and find it to be good, getting power in and putting power out. You might end up at the dealership for a BCM module diagnostic.

It won't crank over ? Is there a SECURITY light lit on the instrument cluster .
In the under hood fuse / relay box is the start 1 relay , this relay is energized by the PCM - powertrain control module ! This is the relay that controls the starter ! If there is a anti-theft system problem the PCM will not energize the start 1 relay completing the circuit turning on the starter ! . If you knew how you could test right from the start 1 relay socket in the fuse box , rather that just replacing parts ! You can test with a DVOM -digital volt ohm meter or a test light ! Two of the four sockets have battery voltage , one should show ground an the last will show open , this is the control circuit from the PCM .

all of these devices have fuse in your kick panel (box beside gas pedal). most probably, the main wire connector in the kick panel became loose thats why all the devices failed at the same time

when you said starting problem do you mean that here is no crank start at all,or it clicks on turning the key,or crunch on attempting to start,or does it turn hard? Would you please be more specific to see if I can help you?

Sounds like your have a bad auxiliary heater relay switch another relay with the same part niumber in the fuse box this will tell you if its bad or not

did you re hook the air leveling hoses to the new shocks
are they the right shocks
if so check the airpump on the engine to see if it is working
also check the fuses / and the leveling sensor
