A intermittent electrical problem is either a loose ground or a short in a wire. Good luck tracking it down.

I have a 1990 toyota celica when its cold the idle goes from bout 1000 to 2000 back and forth check engine light is on what cold its be or where should i start

Faulty engine temperature sensor ?? On a cold start the temperature sensor should detect a cold engine and give a signal to the ecu to increase fuel ratio until the engine has warmed up. sounds like faulty sensor to me.

Heater not working

A common problem is when the gears in the control knob fail and / or the cable binds up. Also, you should have a heater control valve mounted on one of the heater hoses that cuts off coolant into the heater core. That valve may not be opening.

2000 Celica back seats bottom stay wet all the time. I removed the seats and they are soaked with water. Where is it coming from. Thanks for any help.

If the car has a sunroof, your sunroof drains are backed up and leaking into rear (from pillars) need to be blown out w/compressed air. If not, might be leaking through trunk seal and/or lower glass rear window seal.

you may check to see if your hazard light switch is disconnected or loose; if the hazard switch is not plugged in, both your hazards and turn signals will not operate

90 celica fuel pressure???

Check the fuel rails most the japan vehicles don't have screw valve. If you don't see a screw valve you will have to slice in the main fuel line in to your guage.
