Is this at light throttle and at around the 40kmh speed range if so I would pick that the lock up clutches are shuddering this can be resolved by flushing the transmission in the correct manner

Power steering pump...check fluid. If fluid is full try popping hood while in park and revving motor to steady rpm...still get the sound?

2003 Mitsubishi Outlander Grating Noise, Front Struts?

It very well could be the strut.
smaller chance could be the CV axle.
Also have the splash guards/heat shields checked to make sure they are all tight in place.

1995pontiac,firebird6cyl,sputters at 2000rpm

When you say "sputters at 2000 rpm" , are you referring to ANY time the engine is at 2000 rpm - meaning in Park, when you are just goosing the throttle, or in gear when you are accelerating, or at highway speed in high gear? If you are experiencing a "shuddering" in the engine at certain speeds/rpms - especially if these are speeds you regularly cruise at (long commutes at steady speeds), the problem could be in the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). They have a tendency to wear unevenly if you drive a certain steady speeds. Eventually, the problem would progress to an engine code, but it may occur without setting the check engine light.

My truck has kind of shutter to it upon acceleration then smooth out. Then at a steady speed between 45 to 50 mph bad shutter again. Cooler weather and cold start ups, speeds up and slows down when idiling...

it could be the coil pack, its one of the symptoms that can happen when they fail, if it has a crack or seal broken damp can get inside and cause it to not work properly.

2000 Chevy Impala 3.8L- While driving at a constant speed the transmission will shutter or flutter between RPM's. If I back off the gas, the shuttering will stop likewise if I step it down, shuttering...

If it does it only at highway speeds...over 40 mph or so....you could have a lock up torque converter issue. (This locks up electrically for overdrive) Dissable the overdrive and see if it will go away. (drive it in 3rd, if you have a 4 speed) (Or tap the brake, this will dissable it also)

Transmission is shuttering at low rpm. shifts fine when accelerating or decelerating but shutters when cruising at a steady speed

A while back you posted a question about a shuttering problem with your GMC at steady speeds. I am currently having the same issue with mine and can not seem to find an obvious problem. Did you get the problem fixed? If so, do you mind sharing what the problem was? I would appreciate it.
