No spark no injector pulse on 1990 camry v6

That "running and just shut off" sounds like the timing belt may have snapped. No crunching sounds happen with that engine, it just dies. Since the camshafts aren't turning, the distributor is not either (that's where the crank position sensor is), hence the ECM thinks there are no revs and you get no spark or fuel anytime.

1993 Toyota camry will not start

Check to see how much spark you have. Spark should jump at least a 3/4" inch gap. If it only jumps an eighth to a quarter inch or less than you have weak spark. If the coil is external replace it if the coil is inside the distributor replace the distributor. I almost guarantee this is a week spark issue.

Car had the maf sensor replaced but is still hesitating on takeoff after car has set, even for short stops like to the grocery store. I'm thinking fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs and/or injectors....

You have a misfire whether it is from the coil or spark plug boot a full tune up with plug and wires and maybe even ignition coil (coils due short out)cansmo_69.gifcansmo_70.gif

Would not start, replaced dist.cap, rotor button. it started and went about a block, quit and will not restart

The camry came with all the ignition module and pick up coil inside the distributor, check for spark at the spark plugs, if no spark replace the distributor, if you have spark then check fuel pressure. 38-44 PSI anything less than 38 will cause it to not run

check plug wires and coil lead if you have an external coil. check coil for corrosion or cracks at tower. sounds like secondary circuit bleed.

1990 camry 4cyl 270k miles intermittant rough idle

Sounds like you have an intermittant problem, check all your wirirng, then you can move on to ignition related coil reluctor wheel ( in side the distribitor electronic control module again inside the distribitor. It could also be a fuel system problem do you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn on the key, the fuel pump should cycle until it devlops adequate pressure ( usually 3 - 4 seconds)

Toy turns over but wont run change fuel filter n fuel pump still

The fuel pump should run for a second or two when you first turn the key on, but then shuts down to prevent the engine from flooding if the computer does not get a signal from the crank or cam sensors which the computer uses to trigger the ignition system. So no spark no fuel. Check to see if you have a spark in the ignition system.
