Noticed the other night that both of the reverse lights on the van are out. Not sure if its a bulb problem or how to check it. or if its a fuse problem.
I hate to sound cynical, but why don't you check the fuses and see
If you pull it out and look at a good (non blown) fuse, it'll have an omega or horseshoe shaped piece of metal that is continuous. A blown fuse will usually have a dark spot and you'll be able to see where the metal "cooked" and has seperated, and then breaking the circuit. When in doubt, just change it, they are only a few cents each. Hope this helps.
Then I would have to say check the bulbs, if they're fine then you should check the connectors/wiring harness.

how exactly do you know if a fuse is blown/in good shape?
well its not the fuse cause the blinkers are working and its the same fuse. so what else could be wrong??
