If the engine is overheating, the radiator fan should run, regardless of the thermostat. Just my opinion.
What kind of problem are you having, is the engine overheating?

If thermostart not working is the fan also not working?

a bad thermo probably wont cause the fan problem. It may be a coincidence but fix the problem. No fan? sensor, relay, switch, fuse, short? Start w the basics. are both rad hoses hot when running, if not- (thermo problem?)

My Suzuki Liana is overheatin after a short drive, May get help for its solution please

The thermostat is in the thermostat housing where the water hose hooks up to the radiator, if you don't know where that is take it to a dealer or Auto Parts store.

Describe your 1983 Phelo i have peugeot 504 model 1977 i want to know if it is corect that i remove termostat in summer for in crising the tempretureeugeot 504 Problem

Hi I know this is years later, but removing the thermostat is not advisable. If the car heats up in the summer have your radiator taken apart and the core cleaned by a professional radiator place. The 504's core tend to get blocked over time. it might also be a good idea to try and get a more heavy duty core or make fit a bigger radiator. Always have coolant in your system other wise the water will eat your cylinder head. It also prevents the radiator from getting clogged up.
