I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS, low beam headlights do not work. I have changed the headlight relay, headlight switch, checked all fuses, checked all bulbs, and cleaned the ground wires. What next?

As you can see from the diagram, the orange wire is voltage and fuse protected. The fuse circuit is hot all the time. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage.

Why wont my 98 Explorer headlights shut off?

Headlight switch? Headlights don't use the fuse panels. Is there a delayed off for the headlights? If so, this module might be defective.

Headlights wont come on but all others do. 1975 cadillac eldorado

The headlight switch contains a circuit breaker for the headlights. You would need to know if you have power in and out of the headlight switch for the headlight circuit. You may need a new switch.

Headlight fuse

The headlights get power thru a built-in circuit breaker inside the headlight switch, and the switch gets power from a fuseable link wire.
The heavy red wire acts as a fuse if overloaded.

2001 Ford explorer Sport Trac fuse location

The headlights are not fused, you likely have a switch problem. Pull the headlight switch out and check for burnt wires at the connector hard shell. If problems are found replace the headlight switch and the connector. The repair connector is available from local suppliers the headlight switch is also, both are fairly cheap parts to buy.

My headlights and interior lights wont work for my 01 tahoe

There is a headlight relay and each light is on a different fuse. Then the dash lights are on another fuse.
It could be a problem with the headlight switch.

On my 19194 chevy caprice the headlights will cut off all of a sudden

Check your headlight fuses, a relay may be on its way out.
Hope this helps.

Headlights wont turn on

The sound system was causing to much of an unpredictable power usage on the headlights and the fuse has blown as a safety precaution.
