All gauges seem to have full power. Kinda acts like the starter is not getting power. Checked all fuses they were fine.

This definitely sounds like the battery if your jeep is an 03 and the battery has never been replaced that makes your battery 6 years old most batteries average life is 3 years unless you have a no maintenance battery which will last a little longer. it should cost around 70.00 to replace I hope this has been of some help

You need to know if your battery is good, any parts chain store will test this for you.If you have a meter you need 12.5 volts or so with the key off, and around 10 or higher while trying to start. You should have a cable to your starter that always has 12 volts to it, and a smaller wire that gets 12 volts (Positive) when the key ignition goes to "start." If you have these at the starter, the starter is bad.
Just remember that there is also a switch for either the clutch or park, so that the vehicle can't start in gear. This feeds to the starter after.

I tried to get everything on one page, makes it a little small to read. Check for voltage and ground at the starter motor. Any testing make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. Two voltage circuits, one comes from the battery, hot all the time. The other voltage circuit goes hot with key in the crank position and the starter relay energized, goes to starter S terminal. The neutral or clutch switch is also involved in that circuit. Use a test light to check for voltage. The starter motor is grounded through engine block. Make sure battery has a full charge. When you check fuses, also, use a test light and check voltage on fuse circuit, applicable fuses.

Nissan starting problems

The reason your gauges are jumping is just from the vibration of the engine fluttering when you are turning over the starter . It sounds to me like you are not getting fuel . If you have a 2012 I am sure its under warranty I would call the service department were you bought it because if you fool with the vehicle you could violate the warrenty.
