There is a brake adjustment tool that you can use to back the brake off, or continue to beat it with a 5lb steel hammer

How doI remove the housing if it wont break free from the engine?

Not sure what you are talking about here, but sometimes a whack with a rubber mallet or dead blow hammer will jar something loose that is stuck in place.

Removeale of c v axle seems stuck

To seperate the inner end of the drive axle from the transaxle, pry on the cv joint housing with a large screwdriver or a pry bar. You may need to give the pry bar a sharp rap with a brass hammer. (or a rubber mallet) Check out the Chiltons for your vehicle for pics. DAN

Cannot get front tire off 2005 Hyundai sonata. 4 lugnuts are off but time still wont budge

Try tapping on the inside of the wheel they tend seeze up. If you have a rubber mallet use it so you dont bend the rim.

I hit a rock with my 07 HHR, it put a gash in the oil pan. I am trying to remove the oil pan but it won't budge. I have taken all of the bolts out and it still won't budge. How do I remove the oil pan?

Take a second look to make sure you have all bolts removed. Take a large rubber hammer and give it a few hits on all 4 corners. This should dislodge it. If not you will have to pry it loose going all around the outside edge. It is stuck due to the sealant they use at the factory.

Front brake rotors wont come off when tapping with rubber mallet.

Did you take off the complete brake and caliper system?.  If so wrap a towel around it and gently tap on it with a rubber mallet, careful not to hit the metal with the mallet.  If it is still reluctant to come off, try a little penatrating oil on it.

Changing flat tire, lugs off, tire wont budge

Wheel is stuck in place, gently tap on inside of rim with hammer or better a rubber mallet. May take some time but should jar it loose.

Try to give it a good whack with a rubber/plastic mallet. It's probably just the gasket holding it on there real tight and you'll want to replace that gasket before you put the TB back on.
