You still asking about cigar lighter? They don't call it that anymore, they call it an auxiliary power socket. The fuse is in under hood fuse box. The fuse box cover may tell you which fuse does what? Your owners manual may have this info? If you don't have an owners manual, this site should have it.

Change Fuse #11 in the fuse box in the engine compartment on the drivers side.

You are likely leaking coolant from a heater line or hose,check the hose that comes from the water pump{smaller of the two] and see if it has a leak in it or if there is just a loose hose clamp.If you can't find a leak in the hoses or any steel tubes then you need to take it to a radiater shop and have it pressure tested to see if you have a leak in the intake manifold gasket or maybe even the head gasket,good luck.

we have 2000 exped. and seller didnt know code. Heard that it is located in the rear of the truck where the bumper jack is... and i couldn't figure it out. Went to dealer...yikes!! and paid 50.00 to have it reset to factory. had to weigh fustration...locked in keys... and inconvience against my time of not figuring it out.... took 15 minutes at ford....
