Getting voltage out of bank2 sensor 2
Getting on other side of connector too.
where does the wire go from there, To the FEM ?
If so, i need to see if iam getting the sensor voltage going into the computer because the OBD live scanner shows 0.00 volts.
Dont get the .5 volt reference, so could be the PCM.
Could have an open wire. any wiring diagram for PCM

That code means there is a malfunction in the 0/2 sensor circuit of the downstream sensor on bank 2 which is the driver's side. It could be the sensor, and air leak in the Catalytic Converter, the computer or related wiring
#1 is the egr position sensor #4 Is for single cylinder misfire so this could be the coil or a bad plug or wire ..but with fords should check for a vacume leak that can cause a misfire to .....#2#3 are 02 sensors before i would change them i would check the mass air flow sensor ..Hope this helps
on my gmc i have 2 knock sensors and im not possitive if you have two or not under your intake mani but when i replaced both mine i got the same code of low input so i took the small needle out and wire brushed it clean and also traced and ran a new wire just to be safe and that solved my problem. as for bank 1,2 if it helps any my bank one is located engine side driverside and bank2 is engine side passenger side and 3 and 4 are underneath bed side. but you can see the sensors if you look real close near the headers. hope this helps

DTC P0156 indicates the output voltage of the downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) is less than some calibratable functional window.
The possible causes are:
Pinched, shorted and/or corroded wiring and pins.
Crossed sensor wires
Exhaust leaks.
Contaminated HO2S.
Bad HO2S.
Since you didnt specify the engine size in your vehicle - please see the diagram below for the location of the sensor(s)

Check the wire harness near the top of the engine in the rear. They were good for rubbing through on the trans fill tube bracket. Judging by the code you have 4 sensors. you would be interested in the drivers side rear sensor.
