Question about 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe
Ok, there are two reasons that are going to cause your a/c clutch to not work, one is there is no power getting to your compressor, or there isn't enough refrigerant in the system. If there is no power at the compressor than follow it back to the relay and see if it has power with the switch on. If it has power than you most likely don't have enough refrigerant and I would have to say go get it diagnosed to make sure your not just going to be putting freon in to just lose it from a leak.
