The window on my 94 chev pickup fell off the rollers and I replaced the rollers. When I was done I closed the door and now it wont open it is jammed. I took the exterior rubber molding off of the door and noticed that one of the rods had come loose but I cant open the door to fix it. How can I openthe door

I had a similar problem with my Chev pickup. Try going to a wreckers and pickup the switch to replace the one currently in your armrest or door panel. That was my issue. Otherwise it could be a wiring issue and that's a lot of work or a lot of repair$.

Vent door not actuating, low on coolant could be either. I found a pencil jamming the one on my pickup, if fell down the defroster duct & jammed the door closed

under pull seat are fuses 2 near door silver fuses I pulled them out and put back and windows and door worked only for it will happen again I will replace them and find out if it is the trouble u could try same if it helps

I'm not sure about the noise, but the jerking motion might be because your the center roller (located in the rear middle of the sliding door) has worn out and need to be replace. This is a will known problem.

Your problem is very hard to answer because 05-10 odyssey has so many problem with sliding door.

rear latch:
-door not to latch close
-door not to work

front latch:
-door not to open

lock actuator:
-door not to open
-door will pop when opening

window motor:
-window not to work
-door will only open half way

center roller:
-jerking motion when opening
-door kick back close while opening
-door kick back open while closing

Door motor:
-door not to work
-cause door to jam

The Cabrio electric window issues are most often related to a bad Window regulator. My wife owns a 2002 Cabrio, that had a mis-behaving drivers window. After inspecting it, I found one of the cable roller guides was broken, causing the cable to snag when using the window open / close. I had a local garage order the regulator for me, and then I disassembled the drivers door and installed the new regulator (problem is now solved). Additionally, her passenger window stopped working, however, if you listened carefully, you could here a click sound when the button was pushed. I took this door apart as well, removing the regulator, I found it was jammed. Carefully, I removed the cover concealing where the cable rolls up, and was able to free the pressure. Once this was done, the window worked fine.

You need to unplug the door harness one at a time to locate which door is causing the problem. Once the door is located, you can replace the switch which is located on the lock mechanism.

You first have to remove the inner door panel by taking the screws out of the inner handle and arm rest. the outer edges of the inner door panel either has screws or it has clips that can be pulled out. after you remove the panel you need to roll up the window and you will be looking at the back of the handle. simply un hook the clips that hold the lockrod and the inner opener rod and unbolt the outside door handle. reverse the prosses and walla.

It maybe the track guide clip has broken or the track bolt fell out, or the guide is out of adjustment. The door panel will probally have two be removed and checked for operation and any missing or broken or bent parts.

Presumably an electric window? Stand outside truck with door open and hold the window between your palms. Gently lift the glass to a closed position while someone activates the control (with engine running). You should be able to determine if the glass is jammed (moving glass slightly backward and forward should aid movement) or if a little hellp makes the window move easily.

If the window appears jammed, it could be off the track. A repair would require removal of the door panel.

If the window appears to only require help to close, your door motor could be getting weak or some how the window track could be causing a bind.

At least you should be able to get the window closed.

Sounds like you may have broken so-called window glide rollers (aka window regulator bushings) which are the green plastic and metal clips that secure the window glass to the scissors lifts. Each window has two.
