hub studs are just a press in fit . the replacement can usually be done with out the hub removal. remove the drum /disc rotor
using a hammer and punch drive the broken stud out. place new stud in position and pull in to place using nut and spacers to get it home .
if you can remove the hub and drive the broken stud out . fit new stud and place the hub over something like a piece of pipe /socket the new stud in the pipe or socket) that is on something solid and hammer the new stud home.
alot of these cars don`t have grease fittings from the factory as they are considered lifetime(permanent) greased components.however this doesn`t always work.if the components have at one time been replaced then they will have a grease fitting in them that needs to be greased.
What you are talking of was discarded by the auto industry ages back. These days the modern autos do not require and greasing. So, pal, rest assured and relax.
i would try either calling a parts store and asking them if the part numbers are interchangable. I know NAPA's system has a list of all the parts that that particular part will fit when looked up. If you dont want to call you could just try useing webstes to look up the parts and see if they have the same part numbers
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO MANDIE IS PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU TAKE THEM APART, AND THEN REPLACE THE NEW PARTS BACKWARDS, ALSO IF YOU HAVE TAPERED BEARINGS BE SURE TO PACK THEM WITH GREASE BEFORE YOU FIT THEM.
